| I can not believe this film: Match Point has received positive feedback for example, at least here in Europe. Positive thoughts first: The performance is above average and the cinematography is nice. The Match Point Drama has all the marks of an experienced director. But: The story is trivial to the point of being completely ridiculous! He had, of course, heard much about Woody Allen, but he knew very little about their work. I expect an interesting, intelligent, and it was difficult to plot completely disappointed. The story is as interesting as their means of Baywatch episode. An unhappy marriage, a subject bound to go wrong, the jealousy, the tensions of social class and the weak are the main ingredients of a story that offers few surprises. I would say that most people above the age of 20 years has personal experience with most of the subjects portrayed here. Of course, the end is more colorful that most of the movie, but unfortunately, I had lost all interest in the half. So why does everyone love this movie? Someone, please, I light. |
| SJ and JRM obviously need at least some direction from Woody Allen to develop his characters beyond the point of a teenage crush gone wrong. In his defense, I must say that the plot is clunky and full of holes and the dialog to be amateurish not have much to work. Emily Mortimer and Matthew Goode did everything they could with their characters a dimension that would be sweet and charming. Woody Allen has made some great films than in recent years, but now seems to be going through the motions. Where is the smart dialogue, the profound nature of the studies and the intriguing plots and subplots that are characteristic of his best work? The script and direction seemed that the work of a major university with a large DivX film Match Point budget. Critics are giving this Match Point film over the top to see great reviews "Crimes and Misdemeanors" to see what a Woody Allen masterpiece, like really. |
| This DVD movie Match Point is absurd. The beginning of the Match Point Drama is good. The first red flag that this Match Point Drama movie would be terrible, it was a scene of some dramatic changes that are so obvious and it can help, but do not know exactly what comes next. Towards the final half, the DVD movie Match Point takes a left turn and only becomes obscenely absurd. Some of the things that happen are incredibly stupid and unrealistic. I would really recommend this DivX Movie Match Point to anyone who wants to see a potentially great DivX film Match Point FLOPS completely falls flat on its face. The actors are all good. The plot could have been much better with some changes. Overall this movie: Match Point was a big disappointment. It had great potential, and this is the most annoying. I want my 2 hours back. |
